Employment & Training

AETS Training Services

BNA is a member of Anishinabek Employment and Training Services (AETS), along with 8 other First Nations in the Robinson Superior Treaty Area. As a regional ISETA, AETS develops large-scale training and employment programs for members of BNA and its neighbouring First Nation communities and is also able to provide individualized training opportunities for members as required.

Employment Survey

BNA and all AETS communities are in the process of collecting the skills of its membership. BNA will be able to utilize this for future opportunities when they arise, and to see what new training initiatives should be pursued to prepare members for these opportunities.
