3-Nations Recourses Limited Partnership

Through the Rock Tech process, BNA, BZA and RRIB have formed a joint corporation called “3-Nations Resources LP”. All partnerships for regional mining projects will flow through this entity. Each First Nation’s Economic Development entity will have a seat on the Board to separate business from politics. Several partnerships have been signed.

Asiniikaa Mining

Through 3-Nations, BNA, BZA and RRIB have formed a joint venture with Asiniikaa Mining out of Sudbury. Asiniikaa’s services include fabrication plants, field installations, instrumentation, furnaces, and mill construction, just to name a few. Through this partnership, the 3 First Nations would receive revenues from a successful bid, and employment and contracting opportunities would be available to BNA members and partnerships.

Outland/Dexterra

Through 3-Nations, BNA, BZA and RRIB have formed a joint venture with Outland/Dexterra for camps and catering for the Rock Tech Project. There is a possibility that these camps could be located in Lot B of the BNA Industrial Park, but this is to be determined. Through this partnership, the 3 First Nations would receive revenues from the camp and catering for the mines that are to move ahead in the region. Most immediately is the Rock Tech development opportunity.
